The coach will then act as the player's guide and lecturer throughout the game.

Before the lecture begins the player gets to introduce himself to the coach by asking a few questions (for example age, interests and how long he has smoked).

This information will lead to personalized text later on in the game.

Once this is done the coach leads the player through the 17 steps of the method.

The method consists of three parts; the nicotine trap, illusion removal and the last cigarette.

For each step the player gets to play a game.
